About Nina
Hi! I'm Nina & I'm here personally as your hype girl but also-- I'm a painter, photographer, writer, & Certified Self-Love Coach living in Connecticut. By bringing in one-on-one coaching, breath work, photography, bonding with self and other means, I aid you in finding yourself & breaking the chains that hold you back from living as your authentic self.
We are so influenced by things around us we get lost in this constant mask. We lead into people pleasing because we just want to be accepted by everyone & everything around us & believe we are not worthy of abundance & love.

I've struggled with body image, toxic relationships, inner-child trauma, and overall self-love that used to prohibit me from thinking I couldn’t be more than what others perceived me as. I decided to be my own author & not allow anyone else’s truths to be my own. I am learning the art of self-love as I grow each day. I am confident in helping you get there too.
